Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful fiance JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. The majority of people know me via my Instagram @annephung, where I record my personal life: the highs, the lows and everything inbetween. When I was in 1990, I moved to America along with my parents and brother at the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of perseverance and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my life. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I strived to impress them and had tunnel vision when it came to success. There was a specific plan for me in life: go to college graduate land a corporate job get married buy the house, and then have kids. My goal was to go to college after graduation, and then find an employment in a corporation. I would then marry, buy a house and then have children. But life had different plans. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was a job I hated. Status and money were not what I needed to feel happy. I believed that I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. The passion I have for fitness as well as my desire to socialize with other people led me to find my new calling as an instructor. The year 2014 was the year I began my business on the side and in this year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th birthday. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian women. My mission in this field is to help create a sustainable and healthier lifestyle that meets the needs of my customers. In addition, I wish for everyone to be able to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in their life. My professional career began to take off when I was enjoying the highest happiness in my entire life. However, my mother passed away just when my career began to take off. In Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her daily. Life really does have the ability to provide us with the exact thing we require even when we're unable to see the lesson at this moment. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I am convinced that my mom gave me a second opportunity to live my life after her passing. She died at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to start her new journey. I had my second opportunity to live a happy and fulfilled life. At the age of 30 I feel a sense of being alive and in the moment. I don't feel like I just exist anymore. I am sharing my experiences to you with the hope that you will resonate with my words and experiences for you to be aware that you're not alone, for you to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything that you can imagine. the fact that real love is there and therapy is a necessity and normal that health truly is your best source of wealth. It is my prayer that you experience life at the highest level and not have regrets when it comes to the end of your life. We are the only certainty in life.
